Thanks to the extraordinary generosity of Keith and Lynda, Build a Dream is giving away a fully furnished motorhome, completely free, to a qualifying family in the Pensacola area. (Note: This is an RV, not a mobile home. See photos below.) No purchase necessary. This is a free drawing open only to those who meet the criteria below. We believe God already has someone in mind. We’re just honored to be the hands.

SECTION 6 — Recipient Responsibilities. Please read carefully.
Our vetting process may involve a brief phone interview. Be prepared to answer the following questions:
Income verification — Do you have a current, stable source of income? (employment, SSI, SSDI, child support, etc.). Approximately how much do you bring in monthly?
Budget awareness — Estimated monthly costs for this motorhome include insurance (~$100–$200/mo), lot rental (~$300–$600/mo), and utilities. Are you able to reasonably manage these costs with your current income?

Parking confirmation — before awarding, the winner will be required to provide proof of a legal parking location within 30 days or the motorhome goes to the next qualifying applicant.
If selected, the recipient agrees to the following:
Registration & Title: The recipient is responsible for transferring the title and registering the motorhome in their name with the Florida Department of Motor Vehicles. All associated fees are the responsibility of the recipient.
Insurance: The recipient is responsible for obtaining and maintaining valid vehicle insurance on the motorhome as required by the State of Florida.
Maintenance & Repairs: All ongoing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of the motorhome are the sole responsibility of the recipient from the date of transfer.
Utilities & Hookups: Any costs associated with parking, lot rental, electricity, water, sewer hookups, or other utilities are the responsibility of the recipient.
Condition: The motorhome is donated in as-is condition. Build a Dream makes no warranties regarding the mechanical condition of the vehicle.
Transfer of Liability: Upon transfer of the title, Build a Dream — The Toups Family Foundation, Inc. assumes no further liability related to the motorhome.

I understand that this motorhome is a charitable gift intended to provide housing stability. If within 12 months of receiving this motorhome I am no longer using it as a primary residence, I agree to return it to Build a Dream — The Toups Family Foundation, Inc. so that it may continue to serve another family in need. I will not sell, transfer, or otherwise convey the motorhome during this 12-month period without written consent from Build a Dream.
